LGBTQ-Inclusive Benefits
As employers strive to have an inclusive and affirmative culture and as LGBTQ employees and their families become more visible and legally recognized, benefit managers will want their benefit offerings to reflect their company's culture and employees' needs. Beck Bailey of the Human Rights Campaign Foundation defined LGBTQ-inclusive benefits and provided insights on how employers approach them in the U.S. and globally. Melissa Engelstad of Accenture, Ltd. shared her company's journey with providing transgender benefits globally and supporting transgender, non-binary and gender non-conforming employees. This deck also includes U.S. and global benchmarking data on same-sex partner coverage and transgender benefits.

Applied Behavioral Analysis Therapy for Autism Spectrum Disorder
The purpose of this survey was to learn whether employers cover applied behavioral analysis (ABA) therapy as a treatment option for autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This survey looks specifically at annual limits or maximums in place for ABA and prior authorization requirements for coverage. Additionally, the survey looks at programs and services offered to support parents and caregivers of dependents with ASD. Seventy-two members of the Business Group responded to this survey, although the number may vary from question to question.

Support for Caregiving
The purpose of this survey was to determine whether employers offer paid or unpaid leave to employees needing to care for sick family members. The survey looks at how this leave is structured, what flexible work arrangements are offered in addition to leave and other programs that are available to assist employees in a caregiving role. Fifty-four members of the Business Group responded to this survey, although the number may vary from question to question.
